We work diligently to optimize your website for speed, taking 1-3 business days on average. But depending on the complexity of the site, it may take up to 5 working days. We always let you know how we’re doing and keep you updated along the way.

For example if you choose to have multiple lossless images on the slider of the upper fold of your website, we does not have a magical way to make it load as fast as web page with single optimized lossless image background or SVG background.

No, as we do backups all the time there won’t be website breaking or any irreversible destruction to your current website design and functions.

There will not be any downtime while we conduct WordPress optimization, while optimizing your website, we typically use a staged website, or if you chose our hosting service plan, your website will be optimized before we change DNS record and replace website on previous hosting.

Yes, by default we would not alter the design and functionality of your existing website. However, if there is some optimization we recommended that may change the design or function, we would inform you first and only make those changes after getting your approval.

Yes, our WordPress speed optimization services does a lot more than just optimizing your WordPress. With more than 200+ checks, they include optimization on caching layers, server layer and CDN layer, which mean the improvement will be seen an the overall website, regardless of visitors devices.

While we strive to achieve sub 1000 ms load time for all our clients, this may not be feasible if there is other limiting factors which is out of our control, such as low resources hosting, or page design that you choose to keep all the fancy features and images.

If you load a many third parties scripts via any type of tag manager such as Google Tag Manager, there is no way we can optimize these third parties scripts, however we would advice you what we believe is severely hurting your site performance.

There will be no way for us to access those third parties scripts you chose to run on your website, hence when we doing site speed analysis, we will exclude these externally loaded scripts in the performance report.

We will advice you on how these scripts impact your site performance, however it will be your decision to keep it, replace it by alternative, or remove it.
