How it works
This is not a company-wide assessment and we do not walk your floor interviewing departments. You bring one process you already know is painful: the report that takes three days, the enquiries handled by hand, the data living in one person's spreadsheet.
We spend paid, focused time on that process: how it runs now, where the effort actually goes, and whether it is suitable for automation at all. Sometimes the honest answer is no, and it is cheaper to hear that in a session than after a build.
